1. 個人情報の利用と利用目的について

本サービスで収集した個人情報は、プライバシーポリシーに則って、以下の範囲内でのみ利用します。

2. 個人情報の第三者提供について

個人情報を第三者に提供は、以下に定める場合を除き行いません。

事前に本人からの同意がある場合
当ショップが第三者との間で合併・分割・事業譲渡により事業の承継を行う場合
法令に基づく場合
人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合

当ショップと守秘義務契約を結んだ業務提携先との依頼・協力関係において上記個人情報の利用目的の達成のために必要最低限の範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの委託が発生する場合

また、当ショップの保管する提供サービス利用者の個人情報について、本サービスを運営するにあたって必要最低限の範囲内において、本人の利用する提供サービスのサービス提供者と共同して利用するものとします。

3. 個人情報の安全管理

不正アクセスや脆弱性の対策、個人情報管理責任者の設置、メンバーの教育を通じて当ショップは個人情報を適切に管理します。当ショップが個人情報の取引先を外部に委託する場合は、守秘義務契約を締結し適切な管理を実施します。

4．アクセス統計情報の利用について

当ショップはアクセスログ等のデータを収集し、個人を特定できない形で統計情報として今後の本サービスの改善や本サービス利用動向の調査に用いることがあります。当該統計データについては本プライバシーポリシーの定める個人情報の対象外とします。

5．セキュリティ侵害への対応

最善の努力をしていても、インターネット上の通信やネットワーク上のメモリ保管を完全に安全に行う方法はありません。絶対的な安全を保障することは不可能です。しかし、万一当ショップがセキュリティ侵害に気付いた場合、影響を受けたユーザーにお知らせし、適切な保護手順を踏んでいただけるようにします。当ショップの違反通知手順は個人情報関連法令を順守し、メールでのお知らせやWebサイト上へ警告の掲載などで適切に対応します。

6．お客様の責任

お客様のデータを安全に保管するためには、お客様が複雑なパスワードを設定し、それを安全に保管してアカウントのセキュリティ維持に努めていただくことが必要です。また、ご自身のコンピュータにダウンロードした個人情報データを守るためには、お客様がご使用のシステムのセキュリティにも十分配慮していただくことが必要です。

7．個人情報の利用停止、訂正について

個人情報の取扱いに関するお問い合せにつきましては、特定商取引法に基づく表記に記載の連絡先メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。お電話での対応は致しませんので、予めご了承下さい。なお、開示対象個人情報については、ご本人またはその代理人からの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正等（内容の訂正、追加または削除）、利用停止等（利用の停止、消去および第三者への提供の停止）の求めに遅滞なく対応させていただきます。なお、個人情報関連法規・法令により当ショップが対応義務を負わない場合はこの限りではありません。

利用規約について

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、ユーカリ商会（以下、「当ショップ」）がこのウェブサイト上で提供するサービス（以下、「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザー様（以下、「ユーザー」といいます。）には、本規約に従って、本サービスをご利用いただきます。

第1条【適用】

本規約は、ユーザーと当ショップとの間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。当ショップは本サービスに関し、本規約の他にも、ご利用にあたってのルール等、各種の定め（以下、「個別規定」といいます。）をすることがあります。これら個別規定はその名称に関わらず、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。本規約の規定が前条の個別規定の規定と矛盾する場合には、個別規定において特段の定めなき限り、個別規定の規定が優先されるものとします。

第2条【契約】

本サービスはユーザーが定めたメールアドレスに決済ページをメール送信し、決済完了することで規約に同意の上、契約を締結したものとします。サービス利用のための手順は決済完了後メール送付いたします。

第3条【利用料金および支払方法】

ユーザーは本サービスの有料部分の対価として、本ホームページに表示する利用料金を当ショップが指定する方法により支払うものとします。

第4条【禁止事項】

ユーザーは以下の行為を禁止とします。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本サービスによって得られた情報を商業的に利用する行為
犯罪に関連する行為
当ショップサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為

第5条【本サービスの提供の停止等】

当ショップは、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく以下の状況が発生した場合、本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止できるものとします。

本サービスのシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
天災などにより、本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
その他、当ショップが本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合
当ショップは本サービスの提供の停止または中断により、ユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害についても一切の責任を負わないものとします。

第6条【利用制限および登録抹消】

当ショップはユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当する場合には事前の通知なくユーザーに対して登録を抹消することができるものとします。

本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合
登録事項に虚偽があった場合
料金等の支払債務の不履行があった場合
当ショップからの連絡に対し一定期間返答がない場合
本サービスについて最終の利用から一定期間利用がない場合
その他、当ショップが本サービスの利用を適当でないと判断した場合
当ショップは、本条に基づき当ショップが行った行為によりユーザーに生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

第7条【退会】

ユーザーは、当ショップの定める退会手続により、本サービスから退会できるものとします。

第8条【保証の否認および免責事項】

当ショップは、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ）がないことを保証しておりません。当ショップは、本サービスに起因したユーザーのあらゆる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。ただし本サービスに関する当ショップとユーザー間の契約（本規約を含む）が消費者契約法に定める消費者契約となる場合、この免責規定は適用されません。前項ただし書に定める場合であっても、当ショップは、当ショップの過失（重過失を除きます。）による債務不履行または不法行為によりユーザーに生じた損害のうち特別な事情から生じた損害（当ショップまたはユーザーが損害発生につき予見し、または予見し得た場合を含む。）について一切の責任を負いません。また、当ショップの過失（重過失を除きます。）による債務不履行または不法行為によりユーザーに生じた損害の賠償は、ユーザーから当該損害が発生した月に受領した利用料の額を上限とします。当ショップは、本サービスに関して、ユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間において生じた取引、連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負いません。本サービスを利用する事で必ず商品が購入できると言う事を約束するものではありません。

第13条【権利義務の譲渡の禁止】

ユーザーは、当ショップの書面による事前の承諾なく、利用契約上の地位または本規約に基づく権利もしくは義務を第三者に譲渡し、または担保に供することはできません。

第14条　準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当ショップの本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Hugo Blox Builder supports a Markdown extension for $\LaTeX$ math. You can enable this feature by toggling the math option in your config/_default/params.yaml file.

To render inline or block math, wrap your LaTeX math with {{< math >}}$...${{< /math >}} or {{< math >}}$$...$${{< /math >}}, respectively.

We wrap the LaTeX math in the Hugo Blox math shortcode to prevent Hugo rendering our math as Markdown.
